Where can I use my installment card?
What can I buy with installment card?Any product or service costing over GEL 50. How can we use the card?• Hand it to the shop assistant and in case of demand present your ID How many products can I buy with installment card? And what is the product cost limit?• The number of products bought with installment card is unlimited, while the minimum cost of the purchase should be GEL 50. What is the repayment period?Any transaction made by installment card is automatically registered as 10-month installment plan and respectively, it is repaid in 10-month period. What is the interest rate on product bought with installment card and how can we calculate our monthly payments?If you get salary paid to your TBC Bank account or have credit history at our bank, any product purchased by installment card becomes expensive by 12%. Repayment amount equals to: product price* 112% and divided by 10 months per one purchase. E.g. in case of GEL 1000 purchase, your monthly installment will be GEL 112 during 10 months (1000*112%/10). In other cases, your purchase will become expensive by 17%. Respectively, your repayment amount will be the following: product cost*117%/10 How can we calculate repayment amount if we buy several products by installment card?Repayment amount of each installment are added to each other to get a total installment: E.g. With 12% interest rate, the client bought a product that cost GEL 1000 (monthly payment GEL 112), while later he/she bought another product at a cost GEL 200 (monthly payment 22.4), total monthly payment will make 112+22.4=134.4 GEL . If the client buys another product next month (at a cost GEL 500, respectively monthly payment GEL 56) total monthly payment amount will be summed up in this way: 134.4+56=190.4 GEL. Do we get any discounts at some particular stores?Yes, you do. The list of our partners is permanently being updated. Please look in the installment card booklet or the web-site to find the current list. How do we get discount?Once you pay for the product with your installment card at any of our partner stores, respective discount percent of consumed amount goes back to your card the next day. To get discount, it is important the shop personnel swept your card at TBC Bank terminal. How is the installment amount calculated at the stores where discounts are available?The installment is calculated in accordance with the product cost excluding discount percent (and not from the whole transacted amount) How can I learn information about the installment limit and the arrears?• If you use telephone banking service, call the number 27 27 27. When and at what date do we start repayment?Repayment starts from the next month after making the purchase on the date that you choose when receiving the card. How can I repay the arrears?• By depositing cash at any TBC Bank branch and service center (please find the addresses on TBC Bank web-site); NEW!It is now possible to make payments for installment card and fast installment through Cash-In momentary payment machines. How can we create our positive credit history and what does "CreditInfo Georgia" mean?“Credit info Georgia" is a credit bureau, database of which unites information concerning your credit history. Before approving the loan (installment), banks usually verify the client's credit history in the database of bad payers. Be aware not to appear in the bad payers' base! Try to cover your monthly arrears of the installment card on time and create your positive credit history, which will open you way to get loan for the next more important purchase. *In case of changing or canceling your mobile telephone number please inform TBC Bank, otherwise, the bank disclaims the responsibility for not reaching the information to the addressee.
