Additional cards
An unlimited number of additional cards can be provided to your family members(or any other person). Transactions through an additional card are made on the main card account and will be reflected in your statement. Thus, you will receive complete information on all transactions made through on cards of the account.
Unauthorized overdraft
In some cases, the spending limit of the amount on the card account may be exceeded. Annual 48% is accrued on the exceeded amount until it is completely repaid.
Overdraft (credit)
Using overdraft, you can spend in excess of the balance on your account, provided that you later repay this debt to the Bank.

Account statement/information
All transactions carried out with your any VISA/MasterCard card are reflected on your bank account after certain period. Through the Bank informational services you can receive information about all factual transactions remotely.
To receive monthly account statements by E-mail ,you only need to indicate your e-mail address when applying for a card. If you wish to receive the statement more frequently, you can register for our service "banking information by e-mail"(charge for this service is 5 GEL per quarter)
Via Internet – from any computer in the world connected to the Internet you can access TBC Bank’s web page: https://www.internetbanking.ge and receive comprehensive information about your bank accounts via TBC Internet Banking service(The service costs GEL 5 per quarter and the initial registration fee is GEL 10).
By phone -It is possible to get information regarding the balance on your card account through both cellular and ordinary phones. For the latter, you will only have to register your personal password at the Bank and you will be sent full information regarding your card account by fax or orally, upon your request.
Via ATMs- It is most simple and convenient way of receiving the balance inquiry and card account statement via TBC ATMs.
