[TBC Bank] Account opening procedure

1. Copy your passport and send it to your personal banker via e-mail to this address: personalbanking@tbcbank.com.ge

This passport must be valid for at least 1 year;
The copy should be color with your plainly visible picture.

2. Please indicate your residence address, contact phone and skype in the same e-mail to ensure the bank conduct the adequate identification. The bank’s employee may contact you by contact phone or skype for further authorization.

3. In the same e-mail indicate type/types of account that is right for you.

4. Your personal banker will send an official confirmation on opening the account/accounts to your contact e-mail address in maximum 2 business days. Your accounts are active!

5. Your will receive full details regarding your newly opened bank account electronically, as well as the name of Internet-banking user and initial password. The relevant agreements will be provided in the same e-mail.

6. Print out 3 copies of attached agreement/-s, sing and send two copies of the agreement bearing your original signature to the bank’s official address within 1 week from opening the account:

7. You can transfer sums to your activated account following your bank details. Please note that it is necessary to make your first transfer from your personal account. Following the transfer you’ll receive an e-mail or text message regarding placement of the sum on the account maintained with TBC Bank which you can also check via Internet-Banking.

8. Personal banker will perform the following operation via direct contact with you: prepare debit card, send E-banking digipass, open term-deposits, Standing Orders, etc.
