Any type of personal account in TBC Bank
A personal telephone code (used for telephone banking)
A cell phone with JAVA - MIDP 2.0 support

Two easy steps to Mobile Bank
First step – downloading the program
Program is available on: www.tbcmobile.ge, accessible through you cell phone.
Second step – registration
After downloading, the program will automatically install into you cell phone menu – TBC Mobile
At first entry you have to enter:
your ID number – 11 digit number on your personal ID card
a personal telephone code - an 8 digit number, used for telephone banking
If the information is correct, and you logged in successfully, the program will require that you change your personal telephone code: a new code will be your password for Mobile Bank. The passwords has to be more than 8, but less than 16 digits (numbers, letters or combination of both)

Security
For maximum security of the service, we have the following recommendations:
Do not share your password with anyone
Do not run Mobile Bank from another person’s cell phone
Change your password, at least once a month
Erase the program if you lend you cell phone to someone else
In case of loss/damage of you phone, call the bank and block the program.
