Financial Leasing
JSC "TBC Leasing" purchases the customer specified assets {machinery, equipment, different technologies, etc.} and charges monthly rent. After the full repaiment of rent, the leased assets are transferred to customer for ownership.

Leaseback
Leaseback enables companies to free capital invested in fixed assets and replenish turnover capital. During leaseback the JSC “TBC Leasing” purchases customer’s fixed assets and transfers them through financial leasing. Ordinarily the customer continues to use his assets and after full rent repayment regains title of the property.
